mp3 player/iPod/Mobile phones/PDA Related Questions
Will your tours play on my mp3 player?
| |
Yes. Our tours are very generic mp3 files. They will play on any mp3 player.
Will your tours play on my mobile phone?
| |
The short answer is "Yes"! The iPhone can definitely play our tours.
The truth is that there are too many media capable mobile phones for us to track them all. We can promise you that if your phone is capable of playing mp3 files, it will be able to play our tours. This includes telephones that run Windows Media Player. Telephones that run Unix/Linux operating systems will almost certainly be able to play our mp3 files.
There is a small possibility that some phone companies have decided to limit your ability to play your own music on your phone. You will have to check your telephone's instruction manual or with your mobile service provider to find out for sure.

Will your tours play on my iPod or PDA (personal digital assistant)?
| |
Yes. Absolutely. These are the best devices on which to enjoy our tours. On the more advanced PDAs and iPods (photo models and later), you can see useful graphics attached to each track.
If your iPod or PDA supports pdf files, you can also store the map on your PDA or iPod as a backup in case your hard copy is lost.

Are your files protected with any DRM (digital rights management) scheme?
| |
No. Our files are not protected at all. We trust you completely, and we really want you to be able to listen to the tours without any technical problems.
However, we do assert our copyright privileges over the the material that we produce.
Am I allowed to share these files?
| |
No. According to the Conditions of Use document, you may not. Purchasing a tour constitutes your agreement to these terms, and sharing the tours does constitute a violation of these terms and copyright laws.
Will you sue me if I share the tours?
| |
We don't want to. However, if it becomes clear that file sharing is putting us out of business, we will have no other recourse.
But, we have done everything possible to discourage the need for sharing. Our affordable pricing should obviate any desire for sharing.
