This time period begins the moment your purchase is successful. Failure on your part to download your purchases in the allotted time will result in a loss on your part.
If we can verify that you failed to download your purchases because of technical problems, then you may be issued additional opportunities to download the products you purchased, or you may be issued sufficient credits in order to purchase your products at no additional cost to you. |
